Online workshops are great if your workforce are still working from home or if you are running a hybrid system. Perhaps you want an out of hours addition complimentary to your current structure, and I can usually accommodate these requests.
Sessions are structured to meet the availability of your team with everything from bite-sized to 90 mins sessions. The sessions can be delivered anytime throughout the day including before or after the normal working day.
Can provide relaxations for your company as a one off or as regular weekly sessions.
Stress-busting sessions can be provided for your staff, either as individual sessions or in small groups.
